Town of Bath Master Plan
State legislation RSA 674.1 requires that each town within New Hampshire create and maintain a Master Plan. The Master Plan for the Town of Bath is intended to assist the citizens, town officials, planning boards, and zoning boards in deciding the future growth of Bath. The Master Plan also contains detailed resource data and maps to assist in decision-making. A revision of the Master Plan for the Town of Bath was initiated several years ago with a town-wide survey. The results of that survey were used by the Master Planning Committee to develop the 2007 Master Plan. The 2007 Master Plan Hearing was held on February 27, 2007 at the Bath Village School. Goals and objectives and recommendations of the Master Planning Board were available at Town Meeting on March 13 and are reproduced on the following pages. The finalized master plan is available on the North Country Council web site at http://www.nccouncil.org/projects.php
