Zoning regulations for the Town of Bath are currently being revised in response to changes to the existing Floodplain Management Ordinance that was adopted at Town Meeting on March 13, 2007.  The revised regulations will be available on this website when revisions are complete.  In the meantime, Zoning Regulations may be viewed  at the Town Office.
